On my recent visit to the Gentilini Service center, the guys there took good care of me. They came with me on a ride to see if there was a current problem. They fixed that problem in the time quoted and discovered other problems that I was unaware of. They are top rate and know how to take care of the customers. Tom Gentilini was also very helpful. The whole experience was great.

This was my very first time at Gentilini Chevrolet. I was very pleased with the whole experience!!! Every employee that I encountered acknowledged me with a very friendly greeting. Chris filled me in on everything involved with the current and future information needed to maintain my new Camaro. It's obvious that the Service Department goes above and beyond. Lastly, I waited in the lobby which was very comfortable with a very nice big flat screen TV. The thing I loved the MOST was that awesome coffee machine. I helped myself to a Hot Chocolate while I waited and it was delicious!!!! I left there very happy...

Tim , with Rich as our Salesperson is awesome . We have bought 3 cars from Rich and never had 1 problem.  We always got what we can afford.  Rich is a very good listener. We will always go to Rick in the future ( If he hasn't Retired) for our next purchase.  The service Dept. has always given us up most service.  They have always given us very good times and service when we have had a problem (which is almost never) with our vehicles.  I call Gentellini our number 1 choice for our vehicle's needs.

Sorry I don't remember who was working, but everyone is always professional, helpful and extremely polite.  I like the fact I can always get in for service when needed.  Keep up the great work!!!
