This was the first time I used the service department at Gentillini Chevy. I was able to get the appointment I requested and the person answering was very friendly. The shop and waiting area was clean and the personnel friendly. I was taken on time and my car was serviced in a resonable time frame. I was given the information about their free after three visit oil change policy and think this is a VERY good plan! The only thing I would suggest is that because I was a first time customer I wish someone would have explained exactly what service was preformed, e.g. did they top off my washer fluid etc. I am sure if I would of asked they would of taken the time to explain it but I did not think of it before I left. I will definitly be back for both of my chevy cars.

I came in for a routine oil change, and tire rotation. I scheduled my appointment at the last minute. But got in at a reasonable time. Once there, I was taken right away. Greeted with respect by everyone. I didn't have to wait a long time either. I was in and out quickly. Upon paying my bill, I was greeted with respect and was told about a promotion that is going on to receive a rebate. WOW ! I was impressed! After the check out process, I mentioned I was having an emblem problem with my truck. I was informed there will be no problem replacing it as it is still under warranty. Once again I was able to get in quickly for that service. I will as always be looking forward to coming back to have my vehicle serviced. Thank you guys for such a wonderful experience!

Service is always great and timely. Mechanics "get it right the first time" and the service reps are consistently friendly and courteous.  I would not want to go anywhere else for my car servicing.

I have dealth with Tom for several years and recently with Chris.  The service is always excellent, pleasant, courteous, and professional.  They do everything to accomodate my needs which may seem demanding at times since I have 5 children.
