I have bought 9 cars from Burke Motors and did go there and look for an Ezuinox after I went to your place.  They told me they cold match any price you gave them.  II came to your group because my family Mario/Marcia Nocito have been getting their car serviced their and are very pleased. Rick Mead has been beyond wonderful, and I could have taken his price to Burke Motors and gotten the car there. I don't work that way. Rick Mead keep in touch with me, kept me informed with discounts, incentived, saftey featured and kept me informed more than I can tell you.  He was kind, professional and a very likable gentleman.  We are pleased to now belong to the Gentilini Family.

Service Department Does it Again for Cape May NJ Customer

Excellent service experience. Parts were ordered in advance and were ready when vehicle was delivered. I only had to wait 1 hour for rear brakes and rotors, plus a tire rotation. Service staff were very friendly and helpful. I am definitely coming back!

Service Center Gives Ocean View NJ Customer a Great Experience

On my recent visit to the Gentilini Service center, the guys there took good care of me. They came with me on a ride to see if there was a current problem. They fixed that problem in the time quoted and discovered other problems that I was unaware of. They are top rate and know how to take care of the customers. Tom Gentilini was also very helpful. The whole experience was great.

North Wildwood NJ Customer Appreciates Extra Effort

Bought a new car. As part of purchase, bought two accessories: roof rack crossbars & cover for rear storage area. I was called and told they were in; when I was also told to come and have them installed. I was then charged $35 each for installation which probably took all of 3-5 minutes. So much for a little goodwill.

Dennisville NJ Customer Praises Service and Sales Teams

This time I was there to service my Tahoe and I was pleased when I called (just getting off of jury duty) and Tom was kind enough to fit me into the schedule for the day.  Tom, as well as ALL the sales and service people treat my husband and I as if we were family.  It is always nice when you call and they know who you are before you even give your last name.  All of your staff make it their business to make your customers feel warm and welcome.  They are always professional and knowledgeable, again both your service and sales staff.  We actually live three hours away...would it be easier to go to a more local dealer (North Jersey)    PROBABLY...but it would not be the same.  It is always worth the trip.  Keeping my eye on the little red corvette...hmmmm...:-)
