I recently had my car in the shop the other day.   One problem was a small dent on the driver's side door.  I met Eric, the Dent Guy.  He took care of my small dent.  My other problem was the turn signals and brake lights.  Every now and then they didn't function.  Also, my windshield washer fluid didn't work.  Chris, in the service dept. squeezed me in as I didn't have a scheduled appointment.   Thankfully, the turn signals and brake issues were corrected but I'm still experiencing problems with my washer fluid.  I'll get that corrected another day.

I took my 2011 Silverado in for service and had a Remote Start installed. The service was done as I watched. The Technician was obviously very well trained and cared about my vehicle. After the installation he explained how to use the Romote Start in detail.

I was in and out in a very reasonable time frame. I would recommend this dealer and intend to return for my next service, even though I pass 3 or 4 other dealers and have a 75 mile round trip.

This was the first time I used the service department at Gentillini Chevy. I was able to get the appointment I requested and the person answering was very friendly. The shop and waiting area was clean and the personnel friendly. I was taken on time and my car was serviced in a resonable time frame. I was given the information about their free after three visit oil change policy and think this is a VERY good plan! The only thing I would suggest is that because I was a first time customer I wish someone would have explained exactly what service was preformed, e.g. did they top off my washer fluid etc. I am sure if I would of asked they would of taken the time to explain it but I did not think of it before I left. I will definitly be back for both of my chevy cars.

I came in for a routine oil change, and tire rotation. I scheduled my appointment at the last minute. But got in at a reasonable time. Once there, I was taken right away. Hello we very recently purchased a 2008 GMC Envoy at Bennet. In the three weeks we have had the vehicle over 7 items have broken and needed repair. We chose to use Gentilini Service since it was closer to home. I cannot tell you how great Chris was to us. He addressed all of our concerns in a timely fashion, corrected each problem, kept good communication with us and accomodated pick up and drop off of the vehicle. Because of the economy and the gas pig of a truck I have the first thing I was looking for in a new truck was the one with the best gas mileage. I struck out on a couple of other deals but when I came down there last Sat. morning I seen that Colorado on your lot and it turned out to be everything I was looking for. It was the blue I like.It was an extended cab. It was four wheel drive. And it was 0 financing. And it got the best fuel milage. After all of that it seemed like it was meant to be. I walked in to the show room on the 15th of February at about 3:30, looked at the salesmen, and said who's up. Rick Mead said I am, and he was very knowledgeable about the Chevrolet Silverado.

I looked at a few trucks and picked a Silverado 1500 2WD LS then we sat down and went over numbers. Stopped back on the 16th of February and signed the paper work.

I added additional equipment so they are installing as soon as it comes in. I will pick the truck up as soon as the work is completed. This is about the 26th vehicle I've purchased.

From Chapman to Reedman to Team Toyota, now Gentilini. So far so good.

I had the tires rotated, oil change done, noises that were checked out, and the wait was short. The car was given back to me with NO complaints, no odors, or dirt in the car that usually occurs with other people driving and working on your car.  I was advised what was done and everything was explained to me. Also when I checked in I asked if it was due for windshield wipers. The service manager was great and was very honest about things. He could have said other things were needed to be changed like other dealers do, but he was honest. That means a lot to me!
