This time I was there to service my Tahoe and I was pleased when I called (just getting off of jury duty) and Tom was kind enough to fit me into the schedule for the day.  Tom, as well as ALL the sales and service people treat my husband and I as if we were family.  It is always nice when you call and they know who you are before you even give your last name.  All of your staff make it their business to make your customers feel warm and welcome.  They are always professional and knowledgeable, again both your service and sales staff.  We actually live three hours away...would it be easier to go to a more local dealer (North Jersey)    PROBABLY...but it would not be the same.  It is always worth the trip.  Keeping my eye on the little red corvette...hmmmm...:-)

I have not used the car yet but the service I was given was the best.  Tom went out of his way to meet my needs and I am very greatful.

Prompt excellent service as always....

I arrived for my appointment, was greeted promptly, and the service was performed in a timely manner. In the meantime, Tom did research on a request of accesesory installation for my vechicle, and gave me a detailed review of the install and cost. In closing I was very pleased with my experience at Gentilini, just as I was when I purchased my Equinox. They are a small dealership that treats its customers extremley well! I travel quite a distance to have them service my vehicle, but it is worth the time and I will return.

Tom has been consistently very good to deal with. Always helpful, informative, and willing to answer any questions. I have been impressed with the service at Gentilini and the efforts towards customer satisfaction.

Service was done quickly on the day I needed it, due to my work schedule. I was called as soon as it was done. They allowed me to drop off the car and pick it up the same day. To my pleasant surprise, the work was all warranty work so no charge!
